Yanhua ACDP-2 Module 12 VOLVO Module

ACDP-2 Module 12 function:

Support adding keys and all key lost for Volvo semi-smart keys (OBD and ICP) and smart keys (ICP).


ACDP-2 Module 12 Features:

1. Free of disassembly, Solderless, No need to remove components, No need to cut the line, No risk of damage to the computer board.
2. Set anti-theft data reading and writing, anti-theft data calculation, and key programming in one.
3. The interface board replaces the welding wire, the pin connects with intelligent detection, and the data reading and writing is safe and reliable.
4. With the key unlock function, No longer afraid of loss caused by the being locked.

1. Read CEM password

The CEM password can be read in either ICP or OBD. The OBD method takes up to 8 hours. It is recommended to use the ICP method.

Method 1: ICP Mode (Recommended)

Volvo CEM Type 1:

① Prepare ACDP, CEM interface board and CEM module.

② Install the interface board to the corresponding position of the CEM module and align it with the test point.

③ Clamp two PCB locks.

④ Link ACDP and CEM module.


Volvo CEM Type 2:

① Prepare ACDP, CEM interface board and CEM module.

② Install the interface board to the corresponding position of the CEM module and align it with the test point.


③ Clamp two PCB locks.

④ Link ACDP and CEM module.


Method 2: OBD Mode

Please connect ACDP to the car OBD interface.


2. Read KVM Password

① Prepare ACDP, KVM interface board and KVM module.

② Install the interface board to the corresponding position of the KVM module and align it with the test point.

③ Clamp PCB locks.

④ Link ACDP and KVM module.
